Mr Schor is an Independent Director at Paz Oil Company Ltd, which Is a publicly listed company on the Tel-Aviv stock exchange. Mr Schor is also Chairman of the Board of Tadbik, a global leader in packaging solutions and Afimilk, a global leader in developing, manufacturing and marketing advanced computerized systems for the modern dairy farm and herd management.
Mr Schor served as Chief Executive Officer of Tnuva Group from 2009 to 2016, which is the largest food conglomerate in Israel. Prior to this, Mr Schor was the Chief Executive Officer of Holga Kimberly (a subsidiary of Kimberly Clarke).
Mr Schor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
Mr Lesham is an accomplished executive with over 20+ years of proven success in leading both domestic and international business development initiatives within the mechanical and industrial engineering, transportation safety and public security segments.
As a Senior Business Development Executive with 3M, Nir held several key positions including: Managing director for 3M Israel, Global business director for 3M Public Security and US business director for Traffic Safety division.
Nir has extensive experience in leading global sales and marketing initiatives across multiple regions and countries. His expertise includes developing and managing C-level relationships, developing business strategies, portfolio roadmaps, system service models for customers, generating new business, penetrating new markets, and maximizing client retention, sales, and growth.
Nir holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused in Marketing from Ono Academic College in Israel. Nir is certified Six Sigma Green Belt and proficient in Agile Scrum methodology. Nir is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Israel Defense Force and fluent both in Hebrew and English.
Mr Nir has over 25 years’ experience serving as chair, CEO and chief financial officer for several international private and public companies in the fields of technology, real estate, finance and electronics.
Besides his role in the company, Mr Nir currently serves as chair of two companies (Kiryat Anavim: an entity involved in hoteling and real-estate business and Asifey-Kama: an entity involved in industrial and agricultural business).
Previously, over a period of 25 years, Mr Nir has served as chairman, CEO and CFO for a number of companies in a variety of businesses, include chairman of Eilor, an industrial company in the field of magnetic cores, chairman of Anavid, an industrial company in the field of insulation solutions, and more.
Mr Nir holds a BA in Economics and an MBA, both from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
